Day 1 Entry

Today I attempted and accomplished my goal by eating 1 apple at school and eating 2 dates after dinner. Even though I reached my goal I think the next step would be to eat less unhealthy snacks and replace them with dates since those are usually pretty sweet. Also I think I should maybe get a few more than just that since I feel like that was just a minimum. It would probably be more healthy in general because those could give me vitamins and minerals I don't usually get from some food. So I accomplished my goal but I still think I could take more next steps.

I am going to talk about how I feel on my first day of doing my smart goal and what has changed. I didn't see many changes but I'm definitely feeling less hungry because of me having dates whenever I get pretty hungry and the apple was pretty sweet so it helped when I wanted something sweet. While I do feel a bit less tired I usually feel less tired around this time in the afternoon and in the morning I felt a bit tired but I still have bags under my eyes ( I'll see if that changes tomorrow when I wake up). I feel more energized probably since I ate dinner and got some extra sugar from the fruits I definitely think the dates and apple helped with that and before I implemented my smart goal in the morning I felt a tiny bit less energized. That's how I felt on my first day and how it contrasts to how I felt before I'll be doing this for 10 days and this is only day one so we'll see how I feel changes over those 10 days
