I achieved my smart goal over the 10 days by eating 2 fruits each day (1 small and 1 medium). I think I might have been close to not doing it for a few days because of a lack of something pushing me to do it or just a lack of fruits sometimes but even on those days I was able to remind myself or get some fruits to do it. I think for next time I'll need to add something to say to not eat unhealthy snacks as an extra and maybe to eat more fruits instead of just 2. I think when I was mentioning how I wanted variety, it didn't really affect my health if I added variety. I think it was just preference. That's how I think I should change my smart goal in the future, how I somewhat struggled and also some of my variety preferences.
Now I'm going to talk about how I feel. I feel more aware than usual instead of just zoning out and ignoring my surroundings I'm moreover feeling like I know what's happening around me. I'm feeling less hungry because of my snacks (like one of my snacks today was a banana) and I think I will have some dates as a snack when I'm hungry in the future. Finally I feel less tense because sometimes I feel like if something is slightly annoying I'm just way more annoyed than I usually would. Now I feel like I can just let it go instead of just building up my annoyance. That's how I felt today.
