My smart goal is for me to eat 1 medium fruit and 1 small fruit or 2 medium fruits instead of unhealthy snacks. I chose this because usually when I'm hungry I don't know what to eat and I sometimes eat unhealthy snacks and don't eat as many fruits for some vitamins (I don't want to have scurvy :( ). Fruits could also help me feel more energized with natural sugar instead of straight sugar without fiber. So that's why I'm eating 1 medium fruit and 1 small fruit or 2 medium fruits.
Before I begin the smart goal I'll talk about how I usually feel. I usually feel tired during the day, always yawning and having eye bags even though I usually get 9 or 8 hours per day but that's not including the amount of time it takes for me to sleep so I think that may be why I feel tired. I also always feel a bit unenergized during the day like always just feeling tired and I think because I don't intake a lot of sugar so I think that eating apples and other fruits like dates will help that out. I always kinda feel hungry sometimes since I don't know what to eat and I might eat something like a grilled cheese sandwich instead of something like an apple. That's how I usually feel every day and why I think that happens (why I feel that way may not be true though (I'm not a doctor:/ ) ).
