Today I attempted and accomplished my smart goal by eating one slice of cantaloupe and 1 tangerine. Today I ate 2 fruits that I haven't eaten yet. This being the final day I wanted to add a bit more diversity and I was able to manage to get 2 new and different fruits. The tangerine didn't have that much flavour and the cantaloupe was sweet but also didn't have too much flavour but it had more flavour than the tangerine. I ate the tangerine during breakfast as an extra thing and I ate the cantaloupe as a snack after dinner in the night. That's how I accomplished my smart goal for the last day.
This being the last day I kind of felt the same as before. Before I implemented my smart goal I think I felt a bit more tired in the morning and that was only because I had just woken up and before the cantaloupe I felt pretty much the exact same other than I felt a tiny bit more hungry right before I ate the cantaloupe slice. Like I feel less pissed all the time but I still do feel agitated if something is trying to. If someone isn't trying to be annoying but still is I think I still will be mad I don’t think some fruits fill fix that. I just feel the same tired-wise, less drowsy and sluggish or more aware in general. My eye bags are still there so I think I was right about what I thought. The fruits weren’t that filling but if I had eaten enough of them I wouldn’t have been hungry, I didn't and I guess that's why I was still hungry after I ate the cantaloupe (of course not the tangerines since I ate that with a meal.). That's how I felt the same as the days before.
