Day 2 Entry

Today I attempted and accomplished my goal by eating 1 apple and 4 dates during lunch. I also had less unhealthy snacks because of my lesser goal of eating less snacks. The dates also helped me eat less sweets because of their sweetness/taste. Compared to yesterday there wasn't that much diversity but it was still ok. That's how I accomplished my SMART goal today.

I felt a bit better today compared to the last few days maybe because of the fruits (or a different variable).Before I did my smart goal today I felt pretty much the same as how I felt after since I don't think eating a few fruits will change your entire mood or body feelings. Like I've felt less tired today maybe because I got more sleep but I think the fruits may have helped with it. I also think that the extra sugar helped out since I do feel more energized than before the smart goal. I didn't feel that hungry because I was able to eat dates and other things as snacks. So that's how I felt better than the days before.
