I forgot to take a picture of the banana so here's a stock photo
Today I attempted and accomplished my goal by eating 1 banana and 1 apple at home. Unlike the last day, I ate a few unhealthy snacks, but I ate real food (eggs) when I got hungry instead of just eating a few snacks. Dates are also pretty good as snacks right now for me. The bananas were a good new taste aswell even though it was a bit too ripe but it still was sweet. So that's how I accomplished my SMART goal today.
I just feel similar to how I felt yesterday.I think there's a definite trend that I feel pretty much feel the exact same but I did feel a tiny bit more energized after eating the banana. I felt a bit less tired but not by that much and I kinda feel like I have around the same amount of energy as yesterday. I didn't feel hungry since I just ate fruits as snacks or made myself some food. That's how I felt differently compared to yesterday and the days before.
