Today I attempted and accomplished my goal by eating 1 apple and 3 dates. I ate the apple pretty much during lunch for a snack like usual. I ate the 3 dates right after dinner as pretty much a dessert. The apple helped me be less hungry around noon. The dates are kinda a good dessert but not as good as some other things I guess. That's how I accomplished my SMART goal today.
I think after these last few days I've just reached the cap of feeling better. Before the smart goal I felt pretty much the same as usual. I've still had quite a bit of energy cause of the extra food/sugar. I've felt less tired maybe the fruits made me less tired but for all I know it could be the placebo effect or maybe something else. I just ate fruits if I was hungry so I guess pretty much the same as yesterday. That's how I felt pretty much the same as the last few days.
