Today I attempted and accomplished my goal by eating 1 apple and 3 prunes. I ate the apples during lunch as a snack and prunes after dinner. The prunes were a good snack they kinda smelled like figs and personally I think they kinda taste like them. The apples are just the same as usual since I've pretty much eaten them every single day, just sweet standard sized snacks. I think I should try to add more variation or maybe make different combinations but that'll be in the future. That's how I finished my smart goal today.
I've felt a bit different today I guess over these next few days. Before the smart goal I felt similar but not all the way since the prunes gave me a bit more energy at the end of the day but other than that I felt the same.Like for example I have felt a bit unenergized but I think that's just because I've felt pretty bored during school like I feel like I'm zoned out but I still intake the info and I guess sometimes engage. I've felt a bit less tired like I've been getting better sleep even though I sleep the same amount each and every day so I think still I may have changed something else in my lifestyle or maybe and just maybe this may have been helping. Personally I just think I just need to see when I'm hungry and eat when I am since I think that's the reason that I've felt hungry so I think I should keep that in mind since I guess I've been feeling less hungry but that's only when I eat something when I'm hungry. I guess I could incorporate fruits into those snacks. That's how I've been feeling different today.
