Today I attempted and accomplished my goal by eating 1 apple, 2 prunes, and a handful of raisins. I had the apple for a lunch snack and I ate the 2 prunes and raisins for snacks after dinner. I'm glad I was able to diversify my fruits for each day instead of the same things every single day so I think I should try to keep that up with diversifying my fruits. The raisins were kind of like dates but smaller. Sweet and small snacks whenever I'm hungry. That is how I accomplished my SMART goal today.
I think I felt the same as yesterday. Before I did my smart goal today I felt kind of the same as after like the raisins and prunes had lots of sugar and was energizing. I felt maybe a bit more engaged during class but I think that just depends on the day or maybe this is working. Being hungry can and is being solved by me just eating small fruits or just fruits I guess whenever I am hungry and I think fibrous fruit would also make me less hungry so apples would be good. The tiredness factor is kind of the same since I still slept the same amount and I still feel the same since I still don't feel drowsy or have as much of eyebags but they are still there. That's how I felt differently today.
