Day 7 Entry

Today I attempted and accomplished my SMART goal by eating 1 apple, 2 dates, and a handful of raisins. I ate the apple for a snack during lunch. I ate the dates and the raisins for a snack after dinner. I started changing my combinations of food even though I'm still eating dates and an apple I'm adding new stuff like raisins or prunes to help change up my smart goal standard foods. Raisins are also still helping out since their small and sweet and you can just eat them quickly. That is how I accomplished my SMART goal today.

I do slightly feel a bit better but not by too much. Before I did my smart goal today I felt pretty much the same with the slight energy boost provided by the prunes and raisins. I feel a bit more energized since I could engage in class more and was able to have more fun I guess during recess. I feel less tired and I feel like I get more sleep than I usually do even though I get the same amount of sleep. I think my eyebags are fading and I'm just feeling less drowsy in school or at home in general. Being hungry is just being fixed by eating fruits to also help with my goal and to help whenever I'm hungry with eating and staying healthy. That was how I felt a bit better compared to the previous days.
