Day 8 Entry

Today I attempted and accomplished my smart goal by eating 1 apple, 7 dates, half a banana, half a tangerine, 1 strawberry, and half a kiwi. I ate the apple and 7 dates during lunch as a snack and I ate the banana, strawberry, and kiwi at an event making Japanese fruit sandwiches at the library. The sandwich was great new food and the event at the library was great even though I did eat fruits they were giving snacks so I took some and there was a cream sugar mixture we used in it that may have not been as healthy. That's how I accomplished my goal today.

Today I feel a bit better than before. Before I did my smart goal today I felt a bit hungry like before the sandwich which fulled me alot. I felt way more full with the sandwiches since they felt like a lot of food and I love dates so those are great as snacks. These fruits are also probably giving me a lot of fiber and vitamins from the fruits. I felt the same tiredness-wise but who knows I might feel a tiny bit less tired but even if I don't feel really feel less tired. I felt much better in school I'm guessing either school is more exciting or maybe these fruits are helping me have a better time. I also had more energy while I was playing outside during recess. That's how I felt different today.
