Day 9 Entry

Today I attempted and accomplished my smart goal by eating 1 pear and 11 dates. I got a new medium fruit which didn't happen in a while so I guess that adds to the diversity. I had the most dates today all during lunch but they are quite easy to down because of their size. The pear was really sweet but it did have a quite hard texture and I ate it before dinner. That's how I accomplished my smart goal today.

Today I guess I feel a bit different. Like sometimes I just feel way more pissed than usual. This hasn't been happening in a while probably after the halfway mark so I guess that's an emotional change. I felt less tired, I think my eye bags aren't gonna go away no matter how matter how much sleep I get so all of my info will have to come from how I feel instead of how I look. So I did feel less tired and I felt like I was less sluggish or drowsy and I also felt like I'm more aware I guess. Before I did my smart goal today I felt a bit different but not really like the pear didn't really change how I felt neither did the dates so that's how I felt before I implemented my smart goal. The pear was a bit filling I guess since after I ate it I felt less hungry for quite a bit. The dates are just snacks for lunch and I guess they helped out when I was hungry and I just wanted something small. That's how I felt different today.
